I'm happy to report that day 4 is underway with a tricky, steep 4 miles through some sandy forest trails behind me. I'm now running on a long straight road for quite a few miles. Other than a few scares with dogs the size of a large horse there are no incidents to report. Thankfully!
Today's miles are dedicated to the memory of Ruth Brown, Richard Brown and Billy Brown who are the Mother, Father and Brother of Alison Clarke.
