I feel like I'm being baked alive in a high hedged maze of cruel twists and sapping climbs. I've managed 15 miles so far today. To give myself the best chance of living to run another day the support crew and I are off to base camp 20 for a few hours. I'll finish the remaining 10 miles later on today.
