The heat has been relentless today. I'm coping quite well with it. Just having my 20 mile banana stop before having a crack at the last 7. Then I've got to put a tent up at base camp 2! Just had a text about the Deco story on NUFC.COM. That'll be a cracking signing! Time to go....
