15 miles in and I've listened to Eye of the Tiger 10 times to take my mind off the pain. It seemed to work as I posted a couple of 10 minute miles before the 2nd banana stop of the day. My Aunty Ada and Uncle Brian were there to meet me at Jedburgh. What a boost to see a familiar face.
