Ok so I posed for this photo but you get the idea. That's me in the comfort of bedroom 1 in the tent. At least putting the tent up got rid of the immediate pain. Yet again can I express my thanks to the Toon Army for a most amazing show of generosity and support. I may need to rethink my tactics tomorrow if the heat is as bad as today. Perhaps 8 miles in the morning and the rest in the afternoon would be the best option. I'll decide tomorrow.
