Steps till I drop!

After tomorrow's Beach Bootcamp session I will be tackling the steps as per usual. As per last week, there is no long run to be done afterwards so the aim will be to get up the steps as many times as is physically possible. I'm hoping for at least 20 times which is 7 more than my previous best. Watch this space for news on how I get on tomorrow!
