It's been a good 11.5 miles so far today in very dangerous conditions. The heat, once again, is quite something with news of the heatwave hitting the BBC today! I've managed to find a bit of shade this morning and a couple of garden sprinklers to soak myself in. I've also left Indiana and I'm now running in Ohio!
