Just a brief update tonight to say that day 74's plan to run 40 miles on my 40th birthday was a success. 40.1 miles were ran in total and Steve ran 28 of them with me. The quick finish made a welcome return with mile 40 being done in just 10 minutes. A great end to a great day.
