Here is a quick recipe for a recovery smoothie that I really like drinking after a tough run. It's a different and very tasty way to have my daily dose of Cherry Active.
- 30 ml Cherry Active
- Couple of handfuls of frozen summer fruits (Blueberry, Blackberry, Raspberry)
- One sliced apple
- A dash of lime juice
- A dash of vimto
Add water to dilute the concentrate and blend (from low to high if you have variable speeds) until smooth. Mmmmmm.
