This is my first attempt at creating a video for the blog. This was Sunday's 10.4 mile run from Stanhope to "The Summit" and back. I hope to have many video posts during the run across the USA in 2011. I'll be trying to improve my on-screen technique between now and then. This isn't too bad for starters! Is it?
